The Pick
Jameis Winston under 19.5 fantasy points.
QBs have not performed well against CAR recently, with an average finish of fantasy QB24 over their last five (viz courtesy the RotoViz Stat Explorer).
Winston has a rough history vs the Panthers, averaging 13.4 fantasy points per game (FPPG). Only once in seven career games vs CAR has he exceeded 17.5 FP. I don’t usually give a lot of weight to history vs a specific team, but when they are in the same division and play twice a year, it makes more sense.
Winston also threw more INTs than TDs on the road in 2018 and then started off this year with 3 INTs at home to a 49ers squad who had only 2 INTs all of last year.

O/U 16.5 Fantasy Points
The Pick
Chris Godwin under 16.5 fantasy points.
His fantasy prop is set one point higher than teammate Mike Evans, but projections have it the other way with a 0.4 FP edge to Evans. He’s projected for 14.6 FPs, giving us a buffer of 1.9 FPs. This correlates perfectly with the fade of Winston.

I’m a huge fan of Godwin, but given that Evans should be higher and the projection difference, the under is showing value in this spot.
